Funeral Planning Online,
Whenever You’re Ready
We understand this is a difficult time. To begin, you can complete the form below at your own pace. If you’d prefer to meet in person, please call us to arrange a suitable time.
Our Funeral Director will need details about the deceased to arrange the service and register the death. Provide as much information as you can – if unsure, simply write “Unknown.”
We Take Care of the Paperwork for You
You don’t need to download or fill in government forms yourself, our Funeral Director will handle this on your behalf. This includes:
- Registering the death with the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages
- Lodging the necessary cremation or burial permits
- Applying for the official Death Certificate (if requested)
We’ll simply ask you for the details we need in this form. If any additional documents or signatures are required, our caring team will guide you through every step.
